ConferenceCall.Com Signs Co-Location Deal
Company Sets Up Redundant Location
CARROLLTON, Texas - August 30, 2001 - ConferenceCall.com has doubled the volume of its business in the past six months, requiring an increase not only in capacity, but also to the redundancy of its operations. With that in mind, the company has entered into a multi-year agreement with a local 'telecomm hotel' located in downtown Dallas. This location provides circuit and space redundancy for organizations which require a higher level of security and stability.
The agreement provides four dedicated DS3's totaling 2700 lines, which are ready and immediately available for use as needed. ConferenceCall.com's business plan is to have this location as a 'redundant only' location available on an emergency basis.
"It's of utmost importance to us as a company that we provide the highest capacity, stability, and security to our clients," says ConferenceCall.com CEO and Founder, Kevin Scherer. "This redundant location takes us to a new level. I think our clients will be very pleased with the expansion, which provides added security in case of a disaster."
