LAKE CHAMPLAIN CHOCOLATES TO GIVE LIVE CHOCOLATE-MAKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Lake Champlain Chocolates will feature live chocolate-making demonstrations and chocolate sculpting in their Vermont retail stores.

Kirk Weed, a chocolatier with 25 years experience in the confection industry, will be sculpting chocolate at the 750 Pine Street location, while Gary Coffey, at the Waterbury Center location, will show table tempering, shell molding, how to make Rochers, and give tips and advice on how to turn chocolate into delectable treats. Visitors will learn from a sculptor & chocolatiers in a relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity to have their chocolate-making & sculpting questions answered by professionals.
To add to the fun, everyone who attends events at Church Street and Waterbury Center will get a free hot chocolate sample. Also, visitors to any LCC store can register to win a Halloween basket.
