Hip Asian American weekly television show debuts on Thursday, October 10 at 11PM on KDOC-TV 56 Los Angeles
The Y factor is making its debut on Thursday, October 10, 2002, at 11pm on KDOC-TV. The Y factor is a new, fun and irreverent weekly magazine television show that highlights and features Asian and Asian American entertainment and lifestyle trends.
The Y factor is making its debut on Thursday, October 10, 2002, at 11pm on KDOC-TV. The Y factor is a new, fun and irreverent weekly magazine television show that highlights and features Asian and Asian American entertainment and lifestyle trends. The show will explore various hot spots around town and feature music videos from great Asian and Asian American musical acts. In addition, the show will spotlight noteworthy personalities such as actors, comedians, models and other celebrities from the Asian and Asian American communities.
The Y factor is hosted by Linh Ko with guest appearances from special correspondents. We have shot episodes at the Hot Import Nights import car convention in Los Angeles, Venice Beach and the Comedy Store with interviews with models Natasha Yi, Kaila Yu and comedian Bobby Lee (regular on MadTV).
The Y factor is produced by A2 Entertainment, Inc., a Los Angeles based media and entertainment company founded by young Asian American professionals to produce and create fun and irreverent programming with an Asian American flair.
The Y factor may be previewed by members of the press on Tuesday, October 8, 2002 at A2 Entertainment, Inc.s offices at 1010 N. Central Ave. Glendale, CA 91202 at noon. The executive producer, Kevin Leung, will be available to answer any questions.
