TFS TECHNOLOGY RELEASES TFS MAILREPORT 2.0. PROVIDING ENHANCED REPORTING AND ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE EMAIL USAGE

TFS MailReport 2.0 is a standalone program that works with the log files produced by TFS Secure Messaging-Server and TFS Gateway, the companys successful email management products, to analyze an organizations email traffic in great detail. Customized reports can be generated based on user-defined criteria to obtain a wide scope of knowledge into a companys email usage practices from an organizational, departmental, or even an individual user level.
With TFS MailReport 2.0, organizations can:
| | - Measure gross levels of email traffic according to a specified time period, minimums and maximums across several days or weeks, or email traffic volumes by different groups and individuals.

| | - Review incoming and outgoing destinations for email messages. Find out who your company is really communicating with and get an understanding of the amount of email being sent to specific destinations and domains.

| | - Review the type of messages being transmitted. Is there a lot of personal or non-business oriented email being sent? Are users sending large files that can clog the network?

Detailed statistics from the log files can be selected and displayed graphically in the "Graphic View", via common pie and bar charts, or in the form of "raw" statistical data in the "Detail View". TFS MailReport 2.0 also allows viewing of multiple log files simultaneously. Different pages can be selected to be included in a report, and reports can be viewed on-screen, exported to HTML format, or printed to hard copy.
TFS MailReport 2.0 intelligently enhances both TFS Secure Messaging and TFS Gateway versions 4.0 and higher, and can be installed on any computer in the network to read log files generated by either program.
