New Instructional Tai Chi Video For Beginners

The Tai Chi School of Westchester, est. 1978 has just released a new completely instructional Tai Chi Video. This unique video instructs, in detail, Tai Chi beginning exercises in both seated and standing positions. This is an ideal resource for individuals of varying abilities, ages and conditioning.

A new instructional/workout Tai Chi video has just been released by the Tai Chi School of Westchester, est. 1978. This video was produced by Master Domingo Colon, a Tai Chi Instructor with over 38 years of Tai chi experience as well as training in physical therapy.

Master Colon designed this Tai chi video to be used by anyone, therefore the exercises are taught in both sitting and standing positions.

Relaxing music and soothing narration creates the perfect feel of a Tai Chi class. The video also includes two complete 15 minute Tai Chi Workouts that students can easily follow at home, again in sitting and standing positions.

Master Colon's aim is to make Tai Chi accessable to those individuals who would not usually be able to attend regular classes. His extensive experience in physical therapy and teaching Tai Chi to senior citizens as well as individuals with special needs ( Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Arthritis, Aids, and others)allowed him to create this ideal and easy to use training tool.
