SAT Corporation Releases IntelaTrac® Version 2.1. Enhancements Include Pocket PC Support, Web Reporting, Integration with SAP-PM® & Meridium

SAT Corporation, the leader in providing integrated field force automation solutions to process manufacturing industries, announced today the official software release of IntelaTrac® 2.1. Continuing to improve workflow and asset management, IntelaTrac 2.1 has increased functionality, added security features, and new integrations with the SAP-PM® module and Meridiums Enterprise Asset Management System. IntelaTrac 2.1 also supports Microsofts® Pocket PC operating system and includes a user-friendly Web Reporting module for use across the enterprise.

IntelaTrac 2.1 enhancements include:
•   Extension of IntelaTracs Windows®-based operating systems to include the Pocket PC Operating System for several rugged yet compact handheld Symbol mobile computers, including the 8100 and 2800 models where Class 1 Division 2 requirements exist, as well as popular commercial handhelds such as Compaqs iPAQ for use in office and non-plant environments
•   A powerful Web Reporting module which features more user-friendly standard report templates for defining, generating and running reports via the web
•   Improved user interface functionality to intuitively enhance the users experience
•   Further enhancements to IntelaTracs proprietary wireless synchronization engine for faster response times and better memory utilization

IntelaTrac 2.1 also has new and improved integration with the SAP-PM and Meridium systems. Don Frieden, SAT Corporations chief executive officer says these integrations were implemented in 2.1 to help companies maximize existing investments in their enterprise resource planning (ERP) and decision support systems.
