New Executives to Lead Paragon Biomedical
Irvine, CA -- October 1, 2002 -- Paragon Biomedical has announced the appointment of Allison McCormick as Chief Operating Officer and Carol OBrien as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Irvine, CA -- October 1, 2002 -- Paragon Biomedical has announced the appointment of Allison McCormick as Chief Operating Officer and Carol OBrien as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Formerly the Vice President of Quality Operations, McCormick will be providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Paragon has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people, and systems in place to effectively grow and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. McCormick has become a key leader at Paragon. This organization and its people have been become an important part of my life and I am very excited about this opportunity to lead them into a successful future," said McCormick.
With more than 10 years with Paragon in several financial and business positions, OBrien has led the company in building its corporate culture and financial well being. OBriens contribution has been phenomenal in practicing Paragons open book management initiatives, which have made a significant impact on growth. OBrien will be directly responsible to manage all fiduciary and project accounting matters.
Nick Reed, Paragons CEO will change his role from hand-on" management to a planning and communication role. Rebecca McMillian will continue as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Client Relations. She has proven the Paragon model of a close relationship between sales and operations in partnering with customers for project success. McMillian has been with Paragon for several years and has made significant contributions to Paragons success.
