According to surveys, the fear of public speaking is the number one fear of most people, even over death. However, in today's competitive job market, companies are seeking employees with both technical and communication skills.

Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organization, is the leading
organization teaching leadership and communication skills to people throughout
the world. There are nearly 200 clubs in Georgia with thousands of members getting the benefit of Toastmasters.

Georgia Toastmasters will hold their annual Fall Conference on October 12 at the Marriott on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m.
