BERINGER BLASS IMPLEMENTS BERGER CRM SOLUTION
Berger Software announced today that Beringer Blass Wine Estates, the wine division of Fosters Group, has implemented Berger Consumer Products package for their Australian field sales force.
SYDNEY -- Friday, 11 October 2002 -- Berger Software announced today that Beringer Blass Wine Estates, the wine division of Fosters Group, has implemented Berger Consumer Products package for their Australian field sales force.
Beringer Blass Wine Estates is arguably the world's leading premium wine company. Their wine portfolio consists of some 30 premium brands, the majority being Australian-sourced wines, complemented by Californian and Chilean brands.
According to Berger Software Sales Manager Steve Nelson, the new system will connect the sales team electronically to the rest of the companys network, capture valuable customer information in the central database, streamline manual processes, and provide the sales team with more effective tools to enhance the sales process and customer relationships."
Berger Software is providing a solution based on Berger Consumer Products, an industry model built on the Visual Elk CRM platform from StayinFront Inc. The model is designed for Sales Representatives that visit specialty retail outlets to promote and sell their companies products.
