Fredricks was recently chosen to host the ACT! 6.0 New Product Launch Tour in Florida, an event that attracted approximately 450 attendees from South and Central Florida and the participation of over a dozen sponsors/vendors. The leader of the South Florida ACT! Users Group, Fredricks is also the author of several copyrighted computer application training manuals.
