OMXI is open for business in the Denver, Colorado Metro Area. The company wishes to correct inaccurate information regarding the acquisition of Omnetrix International, Inc. by VPN Communications, Inc and others.

Omnetrix International, Inc. is pleased to announce that it now open for business and is providing low-cost telecommunications and Internet services to customers in the Denver Metro area.

Omnetrix International, Inc. wishes to state that reports that it has been acquired by VPN Communications, Inc. and/or any other company are incorrect.

OMXI President, William J. (Bill) Van Vliet states: "OMXI is very pleased to announce that we are open for business in the Denver Metro area. OMXI will be expanding its network in the next several months and will bring our lower cost services to customers throughout the State of Colorado as quickly as possible".

Van Vliet further states: "There have been several reports issued that state that Omnetrix International, Inc. had been acquired by VPN Communications, Inc. of Costa Mesa, California. This is not the case. While we did have converstions with VPN that reached the Letter of Intent stage, Our shareholders decided that it was in our best interest to remain independant at this time. There have also been reports that we have some affiliation with other companies. We do not."
