Newspapers looking at cutting costs and increasing customer service are installing CHATTERBOX IVR systems.

Newspaper IVR specialists, Innovative Systems Design, the creators of CHATTERBOX systems, are going to be busy till March 2003 with new installations and upgrades. Newspapers looking at cutting costs and increasing customer service are installing CHATTERBOX IVR systems. Ten installations and upgrades of the CHATTERBOX Newspaper IVR systems are keeping ISD staff busy until well after the festivities of the New-Year.

The Tennessean, Nashville, TN, and The Sacramento Bee, Sacramento, CA, will go live with their new CHATTERBOX systems in November and December of this year.

The Statesman Journal, Salem, OR, The Olympian, Olympia, WA, Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, MS, Courier-Post, Cherry Hill, NJ, Star Ledger, Newark, NJ, and Great Falls Tribune, Great Falls, MT, will be going live in the first three months of 2003.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta, GA, and the Detroit Newspaper Agency-Detroit, MI are upgrading their existing systems, November and December of this year.

CHATTERBOX is the worlds most popular newspaper IVR system that automates the high volume, simple call center tasks. The system automatically processes telephone and Internet requests straight through to the host computer quickly and easily. CHATTERBOX Circulation systems process delivery complaints, vacation requests, account inquiries, and payments. CHATTERBOX Classified systems perform a triage" on incoming calls: directing callers, taking messages for call back, recording ads, or providing helpful information about how to create a winning ad.

More than experts in telephone technology, the ISD staff are also Newspaper people. We know all about call centers, press runs, zone-delivery, draw schedules, carriers, newspaper marketing, NIE programs, and the delicate balance necessary for keeping your customers happy. ISD has been providing IVR solutions to the newspaper industry since 1988; we invented the first circulation IVR system, and its still in operation today.
