Intergraph and Visionael Deliver Integrated Inside and Outside Plant Solution: Intergraph Partners with Visionael to Provide Communications Customers with Complete Solution for Effectively Managing Both Inside and Outside Plant Resources

Visionael and Intergraph have announced that they will partner to provide customers with a comprehensive geospatial OSS, offering both inside and outside plant management for the communications industry.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. and PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 10, 2002 - The Utilities & Communications (U&C) division of Intergraph Corporation (Nasdaq: INGR) and Visionael today announced plans to integrate Intergraph's G/Technology-based Geospatial Resource Management (GRM) solution with Visionael 6, Visionael's network resource management (NRM) software solution. The combined solution will provide a comprehensive geospatial operations support system, offering both inside and outside plant management for the communications industry.

Visionael 6 equips network planners and design engineers with the necessary tools to accurately document inside plant network resources and manage them effectively - providing both physical and logical views of all network elements, cable plant and circuits, and other connectivity.
