Reflex Security names Gary Bartnick as Vice President of Sales

Most recently Bartnick served as Vice President of Channel and Internet Sales for Telemate.Net Software Inc. ATLANTA, GA (October 21st, 2002) -- Reflex Security (Reflex"), a pioneer and leading provider of intrusion prevention solutions, has named Gary Bartnick as Executive Vice President of Sales. Most recently Bartnick served as Vice President of Channel and Internet Sales for Telemate.Net Software Inc. (Nasdaq: VRSO), a leading provider of Internet filtering and blocking software solutions to enterprise customers around the world.

Bartnick will lead Reflexs global sales efforts with specific focus on executing joint sales and marketing activities with security integrators and resellers and building brand awareness for the company's Automated Intrusion Response (AIR) technology. Bartnick reports directly to Trevor Horwitz, Reflexs CEO and will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Bartnick brings over 25 years of successful technology business experience in management, sales, marketing, and business development. He had been with Telemate.Net for seven years and held several senior level sales roles including Director of National Accounts and Government Sales where he assisted the company in their IPO effort. Previously Mr. Bartnick was the Major Accounts Manager at Siemens Enterprise Systems Division and prior to that he spent eight years with Digital Equipment Corporation where he was responsible for over $24M in annual sales. His other career responsibilities include executive sales and marketing roles for NBI, Inc. Nixdorf Computer Corp., and Xerox Corp.
