Nihuo Software has released Changer XP 1.01 which is an integrated tool to personalize the IE Skin, the Win XP logon screen, the desktop wallpaper, the Screen Saver as well as the boot screen of Windows 9x/Me/2000/XP all in one.

With Changer XP, there would be little trouble but fun to set your favorite images (BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, TGA and WMF format are supported) as your boot screen, desktop wallpaper and IE Skin. Besides, the screen saver programs can run in the order you like. With only clicks, you can get a unique boot screen each time you boot up Windows.

You can program desktop wallpaper, IE skin, logon screen, screen saver and boot screen to change automatically after a specified time period (e.g. every 30 minutes, or even in seconds, minutes, hours and days). Color reduction with image dithering is supported to keep the quality of the source image for boot screen, desktop wallpaper, logon screen and IE skin. Furthermore Image re-sampling with interpolation and averaging are supported for boot screen and desktop wallpaper, which ensure the images of best quality

Whatever the file type is, JPG, BMP, TGA, GIF, PNG, TIF, WMF, EMF or TGA, all the common image file types are supported by Changer XP. If you prefer other menus in other language, Changer XP offers complete multi-language support, with run-time language switching.
