Four filmmakers have formed, Mike The Pike Films, LLC. in a movement to 'Bring Hollywood Home'. They do this by utilizing important industry contacts from Los Angeles, CA and implementing them with diverse locations which enable them to shoot studio-level films at independent budgets.

Mike the Pike Films, LLC sets out to make higher quality independent films while maintaining an anti-excess philosophy that will allow them to be made for less money while generating profits of larger-budgeted films. Included in this philosophy is filming On Location whenever possible, primarily in film-friendly surroundings, both aesthetically and politically.Our focus begins with a particular interest in the Midwest United States in a movement to bring film 'home as a viable commodity while maintaining a strong connection with Los Angeles, California, the hub of the entertainment industry. This will begin with our first feature film, 'Fish In A Barrel to be shot, in its entirety, on Sylvan Lake in Rome City, Indiana.
