Teledon Solutions Names New President & COO To Lead Companys Growth

Teledon Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of telecom engineering, installation and testing services for voice and data transport, access, and optical carrier networks, today announced that Ken Venuti has joined Teledon as the companys new president and chief operating officer. Mr. Venuti, 40, formerly head of business development for Eyretel Inc. and business unit manager for Apropos Technology Inc. will direct Teledons expanding business operations, including its recently announced new network switch services offering.

ALPHARETTA, GA, Oct. 24 -- Teledon Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of telecom engineering, installation and testing services for voice and data transport, access, and optical carrier networks, today announced that Ken Venuti has joined Teledon as the companys new president and chief operating officer. Mr. Venuti, 40, formerly head of business development for Eyretel Inc. and business unit manager for Apropos Technology Inc. will direct Teledons expanding business operations, including its recently announced new network switch services offering.

Mr. Venuti joins Teledon Solutions with more than 19 years of combined executive management, marketing, sales and business development experience in the telecommunications, data networking and CRM industries. In his most recent role at Eyretel Inc., Mr. Venuti served as head of the companys alliances & business development function for North America. Prior to working for Eyretel, Mr. Venuti was recruited to join Apropos Technology Inc. as part of their pre-IPO management team in 1999. There he was responsible for creating and managing the companys first formal product marketing and product management organizations. Before joining Apropos, Mr. Venuti served as senior director, global sales support, for Melita International, now a part of divine Inc., where he led the companys worldwide technical pre-sales support function. Venuti was recruited to join Melita in 1996 as part of the pre-IPO management team, charged with establishing the companys first formal product management / product marketing organization. His success in that role helped the company quickly forge its way into a leadership position in the call center market. Prior to Melita, Venuti held senior management positions with both Fujitsu Network Switching and Siemens. Venuti holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University in Atlanta, GA.
