eITwizards.com Announces New Subsidiary

eITwizards, Inc. announced today that they are launching a new consulting division which will be a wholly-owned subsidiary named eITwizards Consulting, Inc.

eITwizards Consulting will have offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO and Chicago, IL by the end of 2002. Headquarters for eITwizards Consulting, Inc. will be in Germantown, Maryland.

Here is an overview of the services we will be providing starting on Monday October 28, 2002:

- Executive Search Services (ESS) - Management level searches tailored to each client's needs and requirements. We also perform searches internationally.

- Contract Staffing Services (CSS) - Contract and Contract to Hire staffing services. Short term and long term contracts serviced.

- Permanent Staffing Solutions (PSS) -
Each client works exclusively with a trained recruiting specialist in the area where there is a need. Access to additional recruiting specialists is available as well as an ala carte menu for additional services.

- Project Based Outsourcing (PBO) - Outsourcing of projects can be performed from the gathering of requirements through to implementation . We work with industry leaders who provide software development solutions to emerging growth and large established organizations.
