RAV AntiVirus entered the gallery of ICSA Certified software after RAV AntiVirus Desktop successfully passed the sets of tests imposed by ICSA Labs - a division of TruSecure Corporation -- to attest the reliability and technological excellence of antivirus products.
The systematic ICSA Labs tests were performed on a Windows XP Professional software platform, and rated the functionality of the On Demand and On Access modules of RAV AntiVirus Desktop.

In order to receive this certification, RAV AntiVirus for Windows XP had to meet a series of wide-range specific tests that challenge the reliability and scanning capabilities of antivirus products. "With no false alerts, over 90% detection rate for the ICSA Labs Virus Collection and a high scanning speed, RAV AntiVirus Desktop for Window XP successfully met the ICSA certification criteria", added Larry Bridwell.
