The announcement of the Flash viewer for Brainshark-formatted presentations enhances deployment for rich media communications. Because Macromedia Flash Player comes pre-installed on an estimated 97.8% of web browsers today, most individuals who recieve rich-media messages will not have to download any additional software to see and hear the content.

According to studies available on the Macromedia web site, the Macromedia Flash Player comes pre-installed in 97.8% of web browsers today.
