Amherst, MA - October 28, 2002 W. A. M. Management and Get It Digital, Inc. today announced that they have formally completed their merger of equals bringing the combined company to the next level of leadership in the entertainment industry. The newly structured company is the most innovative entertainment company on the East Coast today. The combined company is headquartered in the northeast regional offices in Amherst, Massachusetts and our southeast regional offices are located in Orlando, Florida.
The new company will offer its customers a superior nightclub experience that provides a safe, upscale environment at an affordable price coupled with the ability of offering artists the opportunity of distributing their music on the Internet by providing a secure copy-protected way for them to disseminate their music to the public.
