Tempest Technology Ltd provides Billing Solution for Genweb
Kent based, Tempest Technology, has successfully implemented an outsourced billing service for the City based business communications solution provider, Genweb Ltd.
Genweb is a dedicated business-to-business service provider, with emphasis on maintaining high-level service delivery. Genweb has entered into joint ventures with several highly reputable suppliers who assist them to provide a complete communications solution and still remain your single point of contact.
Tempest is delighted to have become one of these partners and has successfully completed the first month's bill run. The flexibility of the billing system was crucial as Genweb had existing tariffing and discount schemes that had to be maintained. They also needed to produce both paper and electronic bills, and to be able to bill calls from multiple Carriers CDR's as well as those from their own Switch. The second phase of the project is to produce interconnect reconciliation reports for their Switch based services which will be possible from the same system.
