Kingston incontact on line for top award - for second year running
Outsourced contact centre specialist Kingston incontact has once again beaten off stiff competition to reach the finals of the highly prestigious National Customer Service Awards
Fast-growing Hull-based outsourced contact centre specialist Kingston incontact - part of Kingston Communications (HULL) PLC -- has once again beaten off stiff competition from call centres nationwide to reach the finals of the highly prestigious National Customer Service Awards.
The successful company is in the running for this years much sought after Contact Centre of the Year accolade after judges praised its work for the Department for Work and Pensions.
Last year, Kingston incontacts employee Depika Lakhaney was named Front Line Customer Service Advisor of the Year" at the prestigious awards ceremony, held in London.
This time weve been nominated for a specific project we have been carrying out for the Department for Work and Pensions," says David Bishop, managing director of Kingston incontact, which was recently named the fastest growing telemarketing bureau in the country.
The project represents one of the most innovative collaborations in government outsourcing and has been highly successful."
According to the award organisers, each of the four finalists will need to demonstrate 'high standards of customer care and support, delivering first class results to the organisation in keeping with their aims through stable and well motivated staff.
The finals of the awards will be held in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane on 18 November 2002. ENDS
