Kronofusions remote access solution now offered to small and home office users

Burnaby, BC, October 28, 2002 - - Kronofusion Technologies Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: KRO), an emerging provider of wireless and web-based remote access solutions, announced today that they have launched SOHO Anywhere to the SOHO Business Groups over 10,000 members.

Through an ASP-hosted sales agreement, Kronofusion has private labeled and licensed its AccessPoint 2.0 remote access software to SOHO, which provides services to entrepreneurs and small businesses ranging from Internet hosting to marketing through a one-stop Internet site (www.soho.ca), under the brand name SOHO Anywhere.

SOHO Anywhere allows users with an Internet connection to access all of the information stored on any of their desktop computers. The software will be marketed to thousands of potential users and will be bundled with existing SOHO services such as banking, Internet hosting, seminars, office equipment purchase, and other small business services.
