DePasquale's knowledge of small business finance and office management software, as well as database development, helps to round out the services offered at The Systems Shop, whose clientele consists mainly of small/medium sized New York based law firms.

The Systems Shop, a full service PC consulting firm, announced today that well-known small business technology journalist, Ellen DePasquale, has joined the company as Senior Software Consultant. DePasquale's knowledge of small business finance and office management software, as well as database development, helps to round out the services offered at The Systems Shop, whose clientele consists mainly of small/medium sized New York based law firms.

Over the past ten years, DePasquales small business financial and management software reviews have been published in national consumer publications such as PC Magazine, Inc., Crains New York Business, Small Business Computing and Smart Computing, and trade publications including Accounting Technology and The CPA Journal. Her hands-on experience derives from five years (in the 1990's) as president of CompuPlus, a New York-based consultancy that specialized in accounting software installations and training.
