The Republic of Saint Brendan and Barry Celebrates Third Anniversary of Independence.

The Republic of Saint Brendan and Barry, its Government and citizens celebrate today the third anniversary of the Declaration of Sovereignty and Independence. The small but lively macronational community will be celebrating the culture and heritage of their nation in a series of events over the New Year Holiday period. The Government of the Republic of Saint Brendan and Barry is delighted, on behalf of itself, the citizens of our nation and all who love and respect our culture and heritage, to mark the third anniversary of the Declaration of Sovereignty and Independence of the Republic, today, January 1 2003.

Minister for Pastoral Affairs Johnathon Fleming stated in an open letter to the world community:-

"Saint Brendan and Barry, a beautiful, vibrant and young democratic republic is proud to present a third anniversary festival. The strength of this fledgling nation remains above all else the genius of its people.

We are delighted to share the joy of our nations birthday with the people's of the world"
