agreement with Equipment World Inc. As a O'Brien Dealer, Equipment World Inc. will provide customers in Northern
Ontario with chain hoists, jib cranes, overhead cranes and Spanco Systems.

Equipment World Inc. a Northwestern Ontario owned company, commenced operation in 1973 with the belief there was a
need for a local source specializing in material handling, storage and packaging systems. They have since expanded to
service all of Northern Ontario.
