PHOENIX, Ariz. - Robinson & Associates, Inc., a Phoenix-based guest service consulting firm for the gaming industry, has further strengthened its commitment to professionalism in gaming by joining the Casino Management Association and assuming an active role on the organization's national board of directors.

Robinson & Associates was recently accepted as a CMA member and Melissa Barker, the company's operations director, was elected to the CMA board.

"We share a common mission with CMA," said Martin R. Baird, president of Robinson & Associates. "We are both dedicated to improving the professionalism of the gaming industry through education and training. Our company believes we can make a difference not only through the training we offer but also by being part of the leadership at CMA."

Professionalism bolsters the entire industry, Barker said.

Owned by Lydia and Martin Baird, Robinson & Associates has provided guest
service consulting for the gaming industry for more than seven years. The company also is an associate member of the National Indian Gaming Association.
