N.J. Senate Candidate To Support Concealed Gun Legislation.

A new candidate for NJ State Senate says he'll support all gun legislation regardless of backlashes.

Albert Zeller, II a candidate whom announced he was going to run as an Independent next year for New Jersey district 17 senate seat said "I will support any and all gun legislation that supports concealed carry in this state." New Jersey at this time has a 'may-issue' policy where its been reported only the select elite can get a permit to carry a concealed firearm, whereas 32 other states in the U.S. are 'shall-issue' meaning provided your not a fellon, and wanted, and have some training with proper use of a firearm, you shall be issued a permit to carry. Mr. Zeller feels that changing this law may help to reduce violent acts by criminals because they won't know who's armed and who's not. Case in point. Vermont. Vermont has no carry laws on the books and you never here anything bad happening in Vermont.
