TravoltaNet Passes 1 Million Hits
With 200,000 new visitors in the month of October, entertainment site TravoltaNet.com has surpassed the 1 million hit mark. The surge in popularity is linked to the release of Rikki Lee Travoltas new novel, free downloads of a hit single, and international media coverage.
Entertainment Internet information portal www.TravoltaNet.com has surpasses the 1 million visitor mark, coming on the heels of over 200,000 new visitors within the month of October, 2002.
Webmaster Jennifer Smith attributes the huge surge in visitors to TravoltaNet to three factors. During the month the website began offering a free download of best selling recording artist Rikki Lee Travoltas September 11th tribute Heros Lullaby"; gossip column Page Six ran a false rumor involving Travolta, Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas; and the site announced the publication of Travoltas novel My Fractured Life."

TravoltaNet.com offers discount direct ordering of Travoltas two solo albums: the recently released Heros Lullaby" that includes the American pride themed title track , and Broadway Live!" which featured hits from Rent, Les Miserables, Evita, and West Side Story. Album sales over the month of October have risen 500%.
