PLANNED LAUNCH: MARCH 2008
1.6m CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP-PARTNER REQUIRED FOR NATIONAL TALENT AWARDS
We are in the embryonic-phase of our research into a National Talent Awards, which will provide individual CASH AWARDS ranging from 3,000 to 6,000,000 - guaranteed annual income Awards, of up to 52,000 - incubator support and cloistered accommodation for talented people.
As you know, the UK has in some areas developed 'business incubators for business development. However, these have only been focused on high technology groups, who predominantly receive support anyway, and are frequently based on university campuses and out of town locations. These facilities are not accessible to all individuals or business models outside high technology, and most certainly are not generally publicised.
Therefore, we want to establish a national 'grassroots vehicle for discovering and nurturing unproven talent in all areas: art, business, science, and sport. Emphasis will be on socially deprived areas, and underrepresented groups. The Awards will also complement existing sources of funds, such as: the Governments 50M VC Fund, the SBS 75M (Incubator Development Fund), NESTAs 10M and the Phoenix Funds 75M respectively. We intend to create a fund that will grow to some 100M+ within ten years, with an annual advertising budget of 40M per year, making it absolutely accessible to all at 'grassroots' level.
The Awards will eventually finance Talent Incubators - multiplex buildings dedicated to helping to nurture talent. By: providing state-of-the-art resources and office facilities, (as part of a 30 million rolling design and build programme) in return for a 'peppercorn percentage of the resulting income of just ½ of 1 percent for 12 years.
We want to launch the Pilot Awards in Kent - July 2007 with a 3.2m capital - half from a 'Business Angel' and half from a major 'Corporate Sponsorship-Partner. A 'Business Angel' will benefit from having a 20% share in the profits of the National Talent Awards.
A 'Corporate Sponsorship-Partner' - will support the company, in return for having their 'corporate brand appear with the National Talent Awards in over three million pounds of annual advertising within three years, and up to forty million pounds of annual advertising within ten years. Starting with: two million pounds in the first year. Whilst also having the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of profiting from resulting contracts, particularly if the 'Business Angel' or 'Sponsorship-Partner' is in one of the following industries: which stand to reap between 250,000 and 800,000 each, annually in contracts or accounts, be they:
Advertising agents Internet service providers

Audio producers IT support providers

We are also seeking one major 'corporate sponsorship-partner with a 'brand and product or service that reaches all age and social groups.
We need to foster and nurture this kind of 'symbiotic relationship to develop the National Talent Awards. The kind help of interested parties or potential sponsors will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Interested parties should in the first instant contact the Promoters at Project RTI via email before 28 June 2004 for further details prior to the August 28 2004 deadline
