(formerly Roadnet Technologies, Inc.), has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development. With more than 19 years experience in strategic technology sales at the executive level, Owings brings an impressive background of business development leadership and a broad range of Logistics expertise to GEOCOMtms. Owings holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, an MBA with a concentration in marketing and finance from Loyola College and Graduate studies in International Business from the George Washington University.
