Paradigm Technology Consulting, LLC (PTC), a Microsoft® Business Solution Partner, announced that they will be one of a handful of partners participating in a Beta Program designed for the new Microsoft® Customer Relationship Management (MSCRM) product.

Hamilton Square, NJ , November 1, 2002: - Paradigm Technology Consulting, LLC (PTC), a Microsoft® Business Solution Partner, announced that they will be one of a handful of partners participating in a Beta Program designed for the new Microsoft® Customer Relationship Management (MSCRM) product.
Built upon the .NET platform, MSCRM will be accessible from both Microsoft® Outlook and Web clients, and will be available as either a hosted solution or on-premise. The .NET platform is Microsoft®s strategy to make existing software available over the Internet from personal computers and newer devices such as mobile phones and personal digital assistants (PDAs). MSCRM will be available through the partner channel by the end of year 2002.
