VARNER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF ITS FIRST INTERNET BROWSER Dateline: November 4, 2002... St. Louis, Mo Contact Name: Jan Skola Contact Phone: (573) 216-2424 Contact Fax 314 872-9992

November 4, 2002, St. Louis, MO -- Varner Technologies, Inc (VTI) has set the date of January 6th, 2003 to launch its proprietary Interactive Internet Browser with the Lake of the Ozarks as the initial host. The inaugural launch will mark the first official commercial application for the Internet Browser.

VTI holds an exclusive license for marketing of the D.A.V.I.D. Browser. The interactive browser allows users to take advantage of a myriad of e-commerce applications in a user-friendly environment. Conversely, the browser also allows the host and its advertiser/partners to market goods and services with surgical precision to a target audience. The D.A.V.I.D. browser changes the conventional browser environment from a monologue to that of a dialogue with Internet users.

The creator of the D.A.V.I.D. browser, Clayton Varner, has been developing and testing the technology for over 10 years. In addition to the exclusive license to market the browser, Varner Technologies, Inc has acquired an interest in DAVID LLC, which owns the browsers Business Process Patents and Intellectual Property.

VTI anticipates the launch of 3-5 additional browsers by the end of the second quarter of 2003.

As part of a comprehensive restructuring, VTI has reduced its staff, relocated its administrative offices and identified and secured several applications for launching its browser. In addition, the company has named Rich Davis interim CEO. Clayton Varner has assumed the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Information Technology. The move will enable Mr. Varner to commit his undivided attention to overseeing the development and maintenance of the technology so critical to the companys continued success.

According to Mr. Varner, the browsers creator, the D.A.V.I.D. browser has the potential to revolutionize how internet users as well as advertisers utilize e-commerce on the Internet." In addition to preparing the initial production version of the browser, Mr. Varner is also working on future generations of the browser with more advanced applications. The browsers initial emphasis will be that of bringing advertiser and end user together in a unique and creative electronic environment.
