OCISolutions creates Web Everyhwere server.

Web Everywhere provides the full internet access for wireless devices.

On July 11, 2002 OCISolutions, Inc. issued a press release announcing a breakthrough in wireless access with Internet Everywhere". Since then, through extensive development and testing, OCI is now positioned to provide full Internet access to a cell phone or PDA. OCI makes full Internet access possible via a software product that is linked to a cellular backbone and used as a gateway translation device. The product is now fully developed and is preparing for beta testing on a fully functioning cellular network. The product name has been revised to WebEverywhereTM.

OCISolutions, Inc. is currently in negotiations for the resale rights for WebEverywhereTM with a provider of networking equipment to 600 wireless providers. These negotiations should be finalized in November 2002. Once a specific wireless provider is chosen we will aggressively move into beta testing and quickly thereafter to implementation and full availability to their subscriber base.

WebEverywhereTM software converts information requested from the World Wide Web, Internet, corporate Intranet and Extranet or any other network site into text or object (for images) and presents it to the wireless device right-sized to that specific device. If the device does not support images, the transmission will display a bookmark symbol indicating the location where the image can be found. To right size the information to the specific device OCISolutions has developed business partnerships with suppliers of display adjuster software.

As WebEverywhereTM matures, additional features and functionality for the wireless device user as well as multiple new wireless applications using our technology will be developed. OCISolutions, Inc. is actively pursuing partnerships with providers of enterprise development frameworks in order to accelerate the delivery of these enhanced features and applications.
