Kingsley Coach, Inc (OTC BB: KNGS) is positioned within the currently strong RV Industry sector, with their unique concept of motor coaches and established brand identity. The Company manufactures custom and standard recreational and specialized vehicles using a stretched semi-truck chassis. The concept matches the durability, serviceability, strength, power and safety of a tractor cab/chassis with the convenience and comfort of an RV. The finished product is a stretched truck chassis with a recreational vehicle motor home body unit attached for applications in recreational or commercial markets. Kingsley has diversified its product line to include Medical Coaches and Mobile Command Centres to increase market share. For the first five months of 2002, RV sales increased more than 20 percent compared with the same period last year, according to the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association, attributed to lower interest rates and greater interest in domestic road travel after Sept. 11.
