November 7, 2002, LOS ANGELES, CA -- AD2, the Los Angeles chapter of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), announced today that it would begin conducting a client search for its 2002-2003 Public Service Campaign pro bono project. Request for proposals will be made available to prospective clients through December 1st via E-mail by contacting ad2lapubserv@excite.com. Selected clients will be invited for a meet-and-greet by mid-month, with an expected decision to be made by years end.

Industry veterans, Cory Tierney of Saatchi & Saatchi and Ruth Behr of Universal McCann, will be heading up the review committee. We are very excited about this years project and we have a solid, diverse committee in place to make this a successful venture," says Behr. The selected client will receive AD2LAs services, free of charge, for the development of a comprehensive advertising and marketing campaign. Search criteria includes, but is not limited to, the following: a non-profit organization serving the greater Los Angeles area, an efficient distributor of services that positively impact our community and a large and/or diverse population of individuals benefiting from these services.
