DBG Adds Key Marketing and Creative Veterans to Team

SACRAMENTO, CA - DBG Communications has brought on board several key team members. Daniel Meyers, vice president, lends his expertise in such areas as strategic marketing, public relations and integrated multimedia solutions. "Many of our clients are entrepreneurs whose companies are poised for growth," says Meyers. "To grow a company to the next level, you must have a marketing plan that includes quantitative measurement tools and provides management with a step-by-step implementation road map. The marketing plan must reflect not only the plan for action in a given year, but also an approach to marketing that is not just a glorified sales plan or media-buying strategy. New methods such as sales automation, integrated marketing, process-based marketing, or digital media promotion must be employed," adds Meyers.

Before joining DBG, Daniel was marketing director for RidgeRun, a global linux-based software development company. Previously, he was at Meyers & Pluckebaum, a full-service branding agency, where he created innovative and award winning work for clients such as White Cloud Coffee, Boise Cascade, The Walker Center, Orthopedic Centers of Idaho, Healthsouth Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Hospitals and Quail Ridge Developments

Another key addition was Art Director Erick Yo. "Erick brings a fresh perspective and a strong eye for design," says Burrichter. Internationally regarded, Yo's background includes developing branding strategies for such global clients as Toyota, Sony, Bridgestone and Pizza Hut.
