Centennial Partners adds new technology executive to Colorado office.

Centennial Partners, LLC, a leading provider of strategic planning, fundraising and M&A advisory services, announced today the hiring of Shawn Juister as their newest Managing Partner.

Centennial Partners, LLC, a leading provider of strategic planning, fundraising and M&A advisory services, announced today the hiring of Shawn Juister as their newest Managing Partner.

Mr. Juister joins Centennial Partners from RateIntegration, a leading provider of OSS software to the communications industry. At RateIntegration, Mr. Juister served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development where he led the corporate development and business development organizations. Prior to joining RateIntegration, Mr. Juister was a founder of LineShark Communications and an advisor to three other new venture organizations. In addition, Mr. Juister held executive management positions with Evolving Systems, Frontier Communications (Global Crossings) and TRW IS&S. Mr. Juister attended the University of Colorado where he received a M.S. in Marketing and Management and a B.S. in Finance.
