LAKE CHAMPLAIN CHOCOLATES INTRODUCES NEW HOLIDAY GIFTS

Lake Champlain Chocolates, a gourmet Vermont chocolatier, has introduced its holiday line of retail products, all available on its new website, www.lakechamplainchocolates.com.

(Burlington, VT) Lake Champlain Chocolates (LCC), a gourmet Vermont chocolatier, has introduced its holiday line of retail products, all available on its new website, www.lakechamplainchocolates.com. Made in small batches from Belgian chocolate and the finest all-natural ingredients, Lake Champlain Chocolates are carefully crafted by chocolatiers who are fanatical about creating chocolates with the honest individuality, charm, quality, and freshness which are synonymous with the spirit of Vermont. Maintaining its tradition of award-winning seasonal packaging in unique shapes, LCC again brings customers one-of-a-kind chocolate gifts for the holidays.

For the first time, LCC makes available Epicurean Ecstasies -- small batches of handcrafted chocolates made in the Old World tradition from the freshest ingredients. Pecan Caramel Clusters, Macadamia Caramel Clusters, Peanut Butter Cups, Dark Chocolate Almonds, Almond Butter Crunch, and two selections of Classic Belgian Pralines arrive in ballotin boxes just as if youd stopped by the chocolatier yourself. Order by December 23rd or regret it until next year.

The Tower of Treasures is three stacked boxes of chocolates delightfully decorated as miniature gingerbread houses. Inside are the original Chocolates of Vermont, pecan caramel clusters, and raspberry creams. A wide, bright red organza ribbon, tied in a bow at the top, completes the package.

The Midnight Stars star-shaped box is graced with twinkling stars and peaceful thoughts of the season. The Jolly Snowman Selection is a charming, whimsical holiday favorite with truffles, hazelnut pralines, and raspberry creams in a snowman-shaped box with a red-ribbon scarf. Spruce Tree Truffles is a tree-shaped box filled with fresh chocolate truffles.

Additional keepsake gift boxes designed by a Vermont artist include 5-piece Holiday Truffles, 18-piece Holiday Chocolates of Vermont, and 15- & 30-piece Holiday Assortments. Children will especially enjoy Stocking Stuffer Squares -- seven milk and dark chocolate squares of LCCs award-winning chocolate.

Gift baskets include the Grand Holiday Basket with nine gifts -- over 140 pieces of prized confections -- and the Basket of Chocolate Cheer.

Other new products include gourmet Dark Chocolate and Caramel Pecan Dessert Sauces made with LCCs famous chocolate and caramel; perfect on ice cream. The Hot Chocolate Gift Set packs two canisters of LCCs all-natural hot chocolate and a large, festive mug in a wooden crate. Tied with a bright red bow, it makes a perfect gift.

Lake Champlain Chocolates, founded in 1983, offers sweet indulgences that capture the essence of Vermont, the tradition of making fine chocolate, and the pride that goes into each bite. Preservative-free and Kosher-certified, Lake Champlain Chocolates are crafted in small batches from the finest quality Belgian chocolate and select natural ingredients including local Vermont cream, sweet butter, maple syrup, honey, fruits, nuts, and other natural flavors. Lake Champlain Chocolates are available online at www.lakechamplainchocolates.com, toll-free at 1-800-465-5909, and nationwide at specialty food & gift stores and upscale hotels & inns.
