TRIALCARD APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Position created to develop new markets for ia technology

Raleigh, NC - November 14, 2002 - TrialCard Inc., a privately held transaction services company focused on the pharmaceutical industry, announced the appointment of Robert J. Allen to the newly-created position of Director of Special Programs. The post was established to develop specialty sales and marketing programs that will extend the usage of TrialCards ia technology within and beyond the pharmaceutical industry.

As director of special programs, Allen will identify and develop markets for TrialCards products, with an eye on growing and expanding the companys core business.

Bobs extensive background in the pharmacy industry gives him an in-depth knowledge of the companies we work with, their needs, and how our products can fit into their business plans," said David Cunningham, CEO of TrialCard. He will be a valuable partner to our customers as well as to the TrialCard team."

Prior to joining TrialCard, Allen spent eleven years as the clinical pharmacy consultant for ICF-MR Group Homes, and more than 25 years as the pharmacy director for the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services. He received a B.S. in pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.S. in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Allen did his hospital pharmacy residency at UNC Hospitals, and is board-certified in psychiatric pharmacy practice.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, gardening, drawing and painting.
