Integral Solutions QualityData ONLINE Upgraded On Successful One Year Anniversary

QualityData ONLINE was developed as a response to the demand for software delivered over the internet as an application service. ISI customers have realized the benefits and have begun to start rolling out ISI applications on QualityData ONLINE at a corporate level.

Royal Oak, MI November 15, 2002 - Integral Solutions, Inc. (ISI), a full-service quality control and engineering software training and consulting firm, introduced QualityData ONLINE one year ago, delivering MPACT (Manufacturing Planning And Control Tool) to customers over the internet.

During the past year ISI has added DPACT (Design Planning And Control Tool) and APACT (Audit Planning And Control Tool) as well as the newly developed Computer Based Training (CBT) to QualityData Online.

QualityData ONLINE was developed as a response to the demand for software delivered over the internet as an application service. ISI customers have realized the benefits and have begun to start rolling out ISI applications on QualityData ONLINE at a corporate level.

That demand has led to the addition of new servers and additional load balancing hardware in the ISI QualityData ONLINE technical center. The new hardware will balance load over the network and improve product performance for users. This upgrade is also being performed in conjunction with three corporate rollouts of MPACT on QualityData ONLINE, in which companies have mandated complete corporate use of the QDO service throughout divisions and locations so that all employees are working from the same information knowledgebase.

QualityData ONLINE gives users the freedom to securely access, update, and distribute their quality documents -- such as Process Flows, Control Plans, FMEAs, Operator Instructions, PPAP submissions, etc. -- from any computer that has access to the Internet. This extends the workplace to nearly anywhere in the world.

Quality Data ONLINE reduces the burden placed on IT/IS departments to install, maintain and support quality software applications, freeing them to focus on key business initiatives. This benefit also extends to the thousands of enterprises worldwide that are either too small to have a dedicated IT/IS staff, or that may be looking to standardize on a common quality planning software package, but do not have the resources to implement one.

At the time of this product upgrade ISI has re-launched the quality portal www.qualitydataonline.com with an interactive interface and improved product interface. Integral Solutions has added the increased security of VeriSigns SSL session encryption to the existing security measures on QualityData ONLINE.
