Concord, California - November 14, 2002 - Better Breathing, Inc. announced its company launch today. The Concord, California based company focuses on delivering non-prescription allergy control products to the over 90 million allergy and asthma sufferers in America. Better Breathing is a rebirth of Gazoontite, the allergy control products giant that went under with the dot com bust.

Better Breathing's management team combines extensive health, technology, retail and merchandising experience, and includes key members of the former Gazoontite. "Gazoontite tried to grow the business too quickly using investment funds. There simply wasn't enough capital to sustain the business long enough to achieve profitability," said President Katherine Shaw. "We are starting Better Breathing with personal investments, and will open stores as we are financially able to do so."

CEO Cedar Milazzo points out that while Gazoontite failed because of problems raising sufficient operating capital, the allergy control products market space is very sound. "We are using the market experience gained by Gazoontite to make Better Breathing the premier source for allergy and asthma sufferers.
