Kamla Dials to set up mega watch stores

Indias renowned manufacturer of watch dials and components, Kamla Dials and Devices Limited, has diversified into retail segment to showcase some of the worlds leading brands.

Kamla Dials shall be setting up ten premium retail outlets of international standards in the next three years under the name ETHOS with the first one to be opened in December this year, informed Mr. Y. Saboo, Managing Director of Kamla Dials and Devices Limited.

Ethos shall meet the need for a dedicated professionally-managed retail outlet for premium international brands of watches in the country", explains Mr. Saboo.

Kamla Dials, the only organized-sector manufacturer of watch dials in India, supplies watch dials to 90 percent of the top Indian brands including Titan and Timex. It also holds the distinction of one of the only five companies in the world manufacturing high precision watch hands.

Today, Kamla Dials is exporting to Switzerland and Hong Kong which are among the most competitive and quality-conscious markets in the world, that speaks volume for the edge its products enjoy abroad.

No less is the impressive list of its international customers that don their watch dials including Swatch, Tissot, Calvin Klein, Candino, besides many others.

Ethos will be the largest chain of mega watch store with over 2,500 sq ft of covered area showcasing the best international watch brands, and the first store is nearing completion in Chandigarh with an outlay of exceeding Rs.10 million.
