Orange Swiss use Monitor Master prior to service deployment to validate the quality of wireless data applications and services for their own and for third-party content destined for their portal. The solution is also used to validate all portal content against new devices before they are launched on the Orange network. As a result of using Monitor Master, Orange Swiss is confident that their portal customers have the highest possible quality of experience.
Orange have found Monitor Masters SMS scripting capabilities very useful to monitor SMS delivery. The script function automatically sends alerts when the service drops below acceptable Quality of Service thresholds. The quality management solution is able to support interactive content such as WAP/WML, SMS, EMS and MMS. With V5.2 of Monitor Master, customers will benefit from additional features such as simulation of MMSC, SMS and WAP gateways and J2ME and ringtone plug-in modules.
