uBid.com is introducing a new fixed-price Electronics Superstore to join its flagship Auction channel. The uBid Electronics Superstore will debut the week of Thanksgiving with a $2.49 shipping charge on any size order.

(NASDAQ: CMGI), today unveiled plans to launch the uBid Electronics Superstore channel to join its flagship Auction channel at www.ubid.com. The fixed-price superstore, which is expected to launch during Thanksgiving week in time for holiday shopping, will offer new brand-name offerings in consumer electronics, computers and peripherals and expand uBids traditional product offerings to include the hottest movie DVDs and computer and software games -- items previously unavailable to consumers through uBids site.

In addition, uBid announced a holiday promotion to reduce shipping expenses on orders through the uBid Electronics Superstore channel to $2.49 per order. Also through the holidays, uBid Auction has reduced the opening bid by more than 80% -- most bids will start at $1.

uBid today also announced it has closed its Consumer Exchange (C2C) channel at uBid.com to focus the company and its customer care efforts on its roots as a B2C
e-commerce concern.
