Creates buzz at Atlanta festival

NASHVILLE, TNÑNovember 19, 2002ÑRockford, IL Christian rockers ANAVOX have recently announced plans to take their music nationwide, signing promotional and distribution deals.

In August ANAVOX signed with promotions company Music Dog who has released their single, ÒSpirit RiseÓ nationwide to Christian radio and are also handling public relations for the band. ÒMusic DogÕs proactive stance really set them apart from the competition. They really earned the opportunity to come on board with us, says Mike Fry, who assists with day-to-day duties for the band.

Real Life Marketing/Christian Music Network has added ANAVOX to their most recent CD compilation where they will be among heavy-hitters like Mercy Me, Supertones, and Souljahz. The CDs go out to 2500 Christian bookstores, churches and organizations all across the USA along with 200,000 new release magazines that are giveaways at Christian bookstores.

ANAVOX is also in talks with Grassroots Music Distribution to distribute their music nationwide to Christian stores. Mike adds, ÒThey listened to the whole project and said, Ôit's really excellent, something we should be very proud of.Õ We are really stoked! We've got a national radio push, national bookstore exposure, and a distribution agreement all coming together at the same timeÉGod is good!Ó

Recently at the Ò 4 Nights in October Christian Music Festival,Ó ANAVOX created a buzz among promoters, artists, and concert attendees. The promoter was hoping that they would just be able to Òhold their own.Ó Once the band started playing, he was completely Òblessed and blown away by the guyÕs ministry and character.Ó The general consensus from everyone was, ÒWow, who was that!Ó
