Voice of Poker Productions and LiveActionPoker.com announced today that they are joining forces to produce the first ever weekly online poker television series.

WEEKLY POKER TELEVISION SHOW TO LAUNCH

Biloxi, MS, November 18 2002 -- Voice of Poker Productions and LiveActionPoker.com announced today that they are joining forces to produce the first ever weekly online poker television series.

The show will be aired via the LiveActionPoker.com ( http://www.LiveActionPoker.com ) web site and feature some of the biggest names and events in the game. Each week, Rick Charles will host an all star panel that will discuss the past, present, and future of poker.

The show, titled "Live Action Poker", will travel the world documenting high profile tournament events, bringing you daily updates and interviews with participants.

"This is truly a first of its kind.", said Eric Rosenberg, founder of LiveActionPoker.com. "Poker is game that is played around the world and it is only appropriate that poker fans have a weekly, feature rich television show where they can get news and information about their favorite players and events."

Rick Charles is currently the host of a weekly online poker radio show that broadcasts on VoiceOfPoker.com. He says that the show will go on. "Our radio show will compliment our TV show and visa versa. Each week we will broadcast video features from around the world and the radio show will be used as an outlet for poker fans to join in on conversations and debates."

"Live Action Poker" begins production of its first show this week. According to Rosenberg, "The first show will be considered our pilot episode and will be used mainly for marketing purposes. We will then have a short break and come back broadcasting weekly after the New Year."

Rick Charles and Eric Rosenberg are no strangers to the entertainment world, so viewers can expect a high quality production. Charles has been broadcasting in radio and television since the early 1980's and Rosenberg has produced television for CNN, ABC, and a number of private and government organizations over the last ten years. Both are avid poker players.
