Los Angeles, CA -- A panel of judges from http://www.CRMDaily.com">CRMDaily.com began the first round of judging this week for the Codie Awards' "Best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution." The Codie Awards are presented annually by the Software & Information Industry Association (http://www.siia.net">SIIA) to recognize outstanding achievement in 40 different categories.

The CRMDaily team is one of two preliminary judges responsible for reviewing 18 award nominees and selecting five finalists for the CRM category. "The preliminary judging process is a vital part of the Codie Awards and gives participating journalists an excellent opportunity to review some of the newest and most innovative products available," said Cristina Stensvaag, SIIA Marketing Manager and coordinator for the awards program.

The five finalists for the Best CRM Solution Award are expected to be announced by SIIA on December 11, 2002. The winner for Best CRM Solution, along with winners in a total of 40 categories, will be announced at the SIIA 2003 Annual Conference on May 6, 2003 in San Francisco.
