Virtual Customer Care Centre for Customers of Lietuvos Telekomas

AB Lietuvos Telekomas presents a new service website: http://abonentams.takas.lt/ . This is a virtual customer care centre allowing its visitors to manage Companys services online.

From now on at the virtual customer care centre private customers of the Company, who are Internet users, will be provided with an opportunity to choose the way of receiving invoices and itemised bills for telecommunications services -- by ordinary post or via Internet. Upon selection of the latter way, bills will not be longer sent by ordinary post. As soon as the new documents are ready, customers will be immediately informed about that by e-mail. At the virtual customer care centre visitors will have a possibility to look through, print and save the documents presented.

On a regular basis, the personal document box will contain three documents. The oldest document will be automatically replaced with the newest one. Documents will be submitted three days earlier than by ordinary post. At customers request, it will always be possible to return to the previous way of receiving invoices and itemised bills for telecommunications services.

The website also offers new management possibilities of the voice mail service. Customers might select the time of activation of voice mail and the mode of listening to information -- by telephone or via computer. In addition, customers are provided with an opportunity to order a personal fax number and receive faxes by e-mail. They will also be offered a possibility to subscribe to almost all Companys services via Internet.

The number of this type of services will constantly grow. By the end of the year the Company plans to make it possible online management of Linija Plius services.

Customers willing to use the above-said services should register at the virtual customer care centre at: http://abonentams.takas.lt/ All the services are provided free of charge, except for the service of provision of itemised bills. With regard to the fact whether the customer orders itemised bills for a month or two months, the service charge is 1 litas and 1.99 litas, respectively.
